We hope you will be happy with your order, however, should you need to return an item/order you can return these by sending to Ashley Alice as stated below.

Our standard returns policy for online orders is 14 days from the date shown on your dispatch note.

Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with all tags attached and in original packaging —your return may be rejected if items are not in a resalable/new   condition

All returns are subject to a £3 return fee per item which will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or being exchanged

We will offer you a free exchange for a different size of the same item.

You will receive email confirmation when your return has been processed

Your refund will be issued via the original payment method within 3–5 working days after your return has been processed.

To return your online order, simply take it to your nearest Royal Mail post office. Royal Mail will provide you with a tracking code and instructions which you can use to check the status of your return through their tracking service. We recommend you keep hold of your post office receipt and tracking code until your refund has been issued, as this is your proof of returns postage. Please send to:

When returning your order please ensure that you provide information including your order number, name, contact details and details of the items being returned so that we may process your refund as quickly as possible. We also recommend that you send your return via tracked and insured delivery, as we are not responsible for the items until they reach us.

We are unable to accept responsibility for any items which are sent by accident that are not sold via ourselves. These items will be disposed of upon receipt.

All return postage costs are non-refundable (Unless the item is faulty).

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of posting from your Post office or applicable returns service location. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting. Ashley Alice will not be held responsible for any missing parcels on the customer’s behalf.

We‘ll examine the faulty product and be in touch with information of what refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time.
